Fu Dog Temple Vase
The mythical lion, or fu dog, is an ancient Chinese symbol of power and energy and was often used to ward evil spirits away from the entrances to temples. Our large vase presents an abundance of traditional fu dogs with mouths agape and fangs bared. All hand thrown, glazed, and high fired by skilled artisans using centuries-old techniques.
