Faux Tortoise Column Lamp


This solid wood, turned column lamp is hand painted with a classic faux tortoise finish. Once reserved for decorative objects, this highly refined finish gained increasing popularity throughout the 20th century. Atop a plinth base, our faux tortoise lamp is topped by a tapered square pagoda shade in an oyster-colored "pongee" fabric. A coordinating boule finial finishes the piece. UL Approved, 3-way,150 watt.
